| Abstract: | Insisting on the basic socialist system is the necessary choice of establishing special economic zones in terms of sociopolitical system. Introducing foreign investment for developing export-oriented economy is the internal demand of developing special economic zones in China. Establishing domestic economic contact is the important condition of strengthening rapidly the economic strength of special economic zones. Taking industry as the main task and at the same time running others are also the necessary choice of special economic zones with a large space in terms of industrial structure. As special economic zones, they should enjoy special economic policy and management system. They should also be the highly developed areas in promoting both material progress and ideological and ethical progress. |
