| Abstract: | Reforming the management system is the new element of raising the efficiency of banks in the bank times. It includes improving the profit management system, perfecting the indicators of performance evaluation, defining the duties and power of management organs. Besides, the banks in special economic zones should re-recognize gains and risks. Information network has become the basic condition of attracting customers in the bank times and so the banks in special economic zones should do more lead work. Introducing the concept of research and development is the new trend of innovating the professional structure of banks in the bank times. The urgent demand in the course of reorganization of banks is to utilize resources rationally. |
