| Abstract: | First, we should consider Xiamen city's economic development from an overall strategic point of view and make investors have more money to make and high return on investment. second, we should separate the functions of the government and enterprises in order to make enterprises enjoy fully autonomous right and create good external environment. Third we should make full use of the favorable conditions of Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan in an effort to realize mutual benefit and complementary and of the existing tourist facilities in Xiamen to hold various kinds of meetings and carry out economic and trade activities. Besides, we will develop it into an international port for transit trade to make Xiamen the distributing center for imports and exports in Southeast China and the concentrated area of modern and high and new tech industries. |
