| Abstract: | There exist the following major problems in consumption demand at present: The consumption demand is apparently inadequate. Supply exceeds demand in consumer goods market. The consumption levels of residents become divided increasingly obviously. There is a lack of consumption "hot points" in rural consumer goods market. A large number of commodity houses are idle, which leads to the weak starting force of real estate market. The reasons for the inadequate consumption demand are the decreasing disposable income, low expectation of residents to future economic conditions and a lack of consumption "hot points" stimulating consumption demand in the near future. To solve them, this paper suggests the following: quickening the pace consumptive credit, pushing forward the reform of housing system towards the set objective etc. |
