Abstract:After more than ten years' development, China's property right trading market has taken initial shape. But there exist the historical limited. Many intermediary institutions of property right trading are merely the extension of the government's functional departments and haven't the nature of real intermediaries. There exist one- sided representatives in the intermediary institutions and many problems in macro policy and business mechanism. At present, the operational models of local property right trading organs are different. The following ones may be taken: the models of the present state-owned property right exchanges, the secondary securities market and investment bank.
