| Abstract: | Shenzhen city must attach full importance to the significance of shift of population industrial structure and take effective measures to reject drawbacks and create a mechanism conducive to realizing such a shift. In terms of guiding ideology, it should treat correctly the relationship between the shift of population industrial structure and economic growth and formulate a realistic strategy of industrial development. In addition, it should develop vigorously high and new technology industries, raise the grade of products of the secondary industry, give priority to the development of education in an effort to improve the scientific and cultural quality of the whole city's population, reform the traditional management system of household register and perfect the system of labor market. |
