| Abstract: | He thinks that persevering in dual reform, proceeding from the consideration of national situation should be the strategic orientation of the coming reform in China. He stressed the point that reform is the people's cause and so the pace of reform should be quickened with the efforts of both the government and the public. He also talks about the following: The effective way of establishing modern enterprise system is that we should start with merger of enterprises in an effort to promote the merger of state-owned enterprises with an aim at overcoming the difficult and key point of economic reform, that is, reform of state enterprises. We should attach importance to the development of high and new technological industries. For instance, we should establish high-level coorination mechanism and develop high and new technological industries. |
