| Abstract: | The potential factors which will possibly lead to financial crisis are the higher proportion of had loans of financial institutions, the excessive financial institutions established and undue speculation phenomena on stock market, which is more common. The measures towards them are as follows: 1. strengthening financial regulation and control and establishing an early warning system; 2. accelerating the adjustment of the industrial structure of Guangdong province; 3. concentrating efforts on quality and level- raising, control, management and beneficial results of foreign investment; 4. taking necessary measures to ensure that the difficulties of state enterprises will be overcome with in 3 years; 5. attaching importance to the training of high-level personnel. |
