| Abstract: | The dual structure of Chinese-funded enterprise group with modern enterprise system and traditional system coexisting has been formed gradually in the historical transformation. Such a dual structure has made enterprises have heavy burden . They are forced to open up "the second battle field" of reform of Chinese-funded enterprises in order to seek a breakthrough from such aspects as ideology and system. When realizing a breakthrough in ideology, we should consider such issues as whether the implementation of "one country,two systems" will be affected, whether the development of Chinese-funded enterprises will influence the development of foreign-funded enterprises and other enterprises and whether some corruption will arise. The aim of reform is to make enterprises' management mechanism be the first to operate according to the international practice |
