| Abstract: | Chinese-funded enterprises had better list abroad when the overseas markets are in a good state. Hong Kong can not be taken as the only one place for their listing. Viewed from expanding export and making investment, their listing in the places beyond Hong Kong can meet the need of the domestic stock right-holding units of Chinese-funded enterprises in implementing the strategy of internationalized business operation. So the places for listing should be expanded to other international securities exchanges beyond Hong Kong. In terms of raising funds abroad, red chips share has more advantage than H share and B share and its market value reached 473.3 billion Hong Kong dollars by the end of Feb, 1998. |
