Abstract:The employees in tourism in Shenzhen city reach as high as 0.1 million. The fixed assets amount to 20 billion yuan and the total annual income is near 16 billion yuan, accounting for 14% or so of the whole city's GNP. Although there are more than 40 tourist land scapes in Shenzhen, most of them are artificial. So the returning rate is lower. More over, the tourist charge is too high and recreation facilities in scenic spots incomplete. All these make Shenzhen's tourism face severe challenges. Any industry which becomes mature can not escape the restriction of market with regularity. It is true of Shenzhen's tourism moving towards becoming mature. So the corresponding measures should be taken.
