| Abstract: | Shenzhen city's second pioneering work focusing on the shift of economic growth mode and its development strategy of "three batches" (cultivating a batch of brand-name products, developing a batch of high and new-tech industries and forming a batch of enterprise group with competitiveness on both domestic and overseas market) all can not be completed and realized without expanding opening. Only when it is the first to participate in the high-level economic competition worldwide, can it win chances. So this paper raises the following suggestions: improving investment environment and creating conditions for foreign banks' and large transnational corporations' settling in Shenzhen; running well "Shenzhen International High and New-Tech Achievements fair"; optimizing export commodity composition and reducing cost of export. |
