| Abstract: | The joint-stock system of banks is needed by the system of modern commercial banks, and efficient in resolving inadequacy of capital and in enhancing linking ability. Its feasibility is indicated in following aspects. First, special banks are enterprises dealing with special commodities-currency capital, and should be embodied in system of market economy as other industrial and commercial enterprises. Second, joint-stock system of special banks will not change the nature of ownership system of our country's national banks. Third, the commercializing transform of special banks has made a foundation for the reform of joint-stock system. Forth, the development of our stock market has created conditions for the reform of joint-stock system of special banks. "Financial Conception Stock" has a good reputation among investors. |
