| Abstract: | 1,Policy measures:to improve the change of consumption from income, play the function role of financial policy auto-stable-machine in the financial policies; 2,to loose available in the short-term in order to recover price to an ordinary lever for stoping currency-reduce restriction on effective demand in the currency policies;to enlarge credit and give the next lever the credit right, priority to credit support to the marketable and effective credit projects in the credit policies; 3,to loose the industrial restriction of foreign-investments, and give favorable tax decline or free for import instruments of foreign investments,open rural consumption markets in the foreign-trade policies. |
