| Abstract: | The difficulties are caused by historical burdens such as the longstanding contradiction between interest rate market and insurance business, the narrow channel for application, the irrational investment structure, the low benefit, the way by which the operation conducted for bank deposit, investment in state treasure bonds and access into short-term loan market of the same trade and the unequal competition between foreign and Chinese ventures, etc.. To get out of the trouble, the limitation has to be lifted and the supervision and management strengthened. The insurance fund input in security investment fund, industrial investment fund and stock market as well as in long-term bond by state development bank should be encouraged. |
