| Abstract: | The enlightening guidance of development of high-tech industries in USA are the government's much more attentions and sensitive, improvement market risky investment system, large sum of capital investments and high efficient enterprise operation system etc. The development experiences in Shenzhen are to seize important projects and enterprise, make high-tech enterprise in a certain scale and make up tech-exploitation system for enterprise being main bodies and universities and academy of sciences being support. We should set up reactive counter-measures and systems tracking the newest situation of global high-tech development, and pay attention to the cooperation of Shenzhen and Hong Kong in this field and abstract and foster the important talents for further development. |
