Abstract:Thoughts regarding solving the problems affecting west development are as follows: firstly, some west provinces are short of the mechanism spurring individuals to create money. Moreover, it is a systematic project to develop infrastructure construction of the west areas, and that, it is also a complex reform for system. Secondly, Sichuan and Yunnan province are relatively developed, so they can directly transfer to industrialized provinces, in contrast, Gansu, Qinghai and Ningxi Hui autonomous region should assist agricultural development. Thirdly, the west areas should match with the adjustments on industrial structure of the eastern areas. Furthermore, the work of west government should focus on preparation for increasing beneficial results as well as for decreasing cost.
