| Abstract: | The Treaty on European Union's social policy Agreement among 11 Member States gives a new, influential role to European-level organizations which represent management and labour. The new system of the way in which European-level organizations of the employees can take part in the decision-making of the Community are examined in the article taking into consideration the old system and the changes too. The new consultation procedures are described also. |
