| Abstract: | There are several tensions behind the Europeanisation associated with 1992.The debate over Community policy on health and safety, information and consultation rights, working time arrangements, training and employment generation schemes. Two alternative models are described: one is the idea of a European Social Constitution, the other is the notion of a European Social Regime. |
