| Abstract: | Catch 22 means a situation in which companies realize that they must invest in Information Technology but the economics do not justify it. Traditional techniques cannot be relied upon in themselves to assess the investment. With the help of case studies,techniques of relating IT investment to organisational/business needs are examined. Three non-traditional techniques are discussed. |
