| Abstract: | For the small company the way back to profitability has its own particular pitfalls. This article is a personal view of how to deal with profit recovery in a small company. There are 4 key features of a reasonable strategy: identify the main factors affecting profit, increase sales volume, balance resources and simplify, and seek price increases. |
