| Abstract: | The value of the Danish meat and poultry market is DKK11,700 million. The value of the Norwegian market is NOK12,500 million and the value of the Swedish market is SEK25,991 million. The Scandinavian market has been affected by price decreases over the five year study period, due to increased production and decreased exports. Pork and its associated products is the largest sector of the Scandinavian meat and poultry market. The Danish export of meat and poultry has increased in volume by 7% between 1991 and 1992. |
