| Abstract: | Deng Zihui once put forward, in theory, a lot of ideas on the importance and way of the development of China's agricultural production, and suggestions on countermeasures. He expounded earlier agriculture's position of foundation and pointed out that we should implement correct economic policy and apply sci-tech achievements and establish management system suiting China's national situation in the development of agriculture. He also expounded the issues in many aspects, such as the policy of agricultural operation and industrial structure. |
