| Abstract: | China's securities markets have not been standardized as of yet, The main reasons for it are as follows: The legal system, the management and supervision system and the transaction system for securities markets are all imperfect. Neither division of work nor distribution of the transaction system is rational, which leads to the waste of resources. Besides, for some listed companies, their behavior is not standard. The information they have released is neither true nor quick. The raised funds have not been used wisely and profits distributed irrationally, thus jeopardizing the interests of investors. |
