| Abstract: | The practice of China's investment funds began to develop from bottom to top from the early 1990s basically. Before the promulgation of "Provisional Regulations on the Management of Security and Investment Funds" by the Security Committee under the State Council, "old funds" in China had reached a scale of 75 units with nearly 10 billion yuan. "New funds" approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission has amounted to 5 with total scale of 10 billion yuan. Considering the fund type adopted by China's investment fund, defects of blocked funds are unavoidable and the way of opening funds should be explored gradually. |
