| Abstract: | It is difficult for businesses to ensure that their strategies are still current. Inefferctive implementation of strategy can happen at almost every level of an organization. Top executives may find them isolated from the changes happening in their markets. Non-managerial work teams may have no idea what the strategy is or how to implement it. It's crucial to involve everyone. Constant change is also an opportunity, it is possible to navigate quickly through strategic choices and mobilise organizations to seize and exploit advantages. |
