| Abstract: | Tunisia is the first country to sign an Association Agreement with the European Union (EU) according to which the EU and its Association partners will introduce a Free Trade Zone in 2010. This will mean tariffs and other protective barriers to get eliminated. It is asked in this Special report article if Tunisia will be able to compete on equal terms with European countries. |
