Abstract: | Now new technologies make it possible for elderly people to exercise greater degree of autonomy in selecting their treatment. So it is important to investigate the differences in information search behaviour between elderly adopters and nonadopters of health care innovations. Insight is provided into older customers' sensitivity to and the relative effectiveness of marketing-controlled and informal information sources competing for their attention. |
