| Abstract: | Encouraged by the high economic growth in the North American Free Trade Association (NAFTA), German exports to NAFTA boomed in 2000. The nominal values in D-Marks exceeded the level in the previous year by 18 %, although this should be around 13 % when price-adjusted. |
