| Abstract: | This article examines the influence of top management on innovations. It aims to determine whether top managersÂ’ influence on innovation is a function of their leadership, does socio-cultural context affect leadership directly, and does socio-cultural context moderate the relationship with top management influence on innovation. The data is from 12 European countries. The findings indicate that leadership factors have strong effects on top-management innovation influence. |
