| Abstract: | This article discusses the quality measurment of a relatively new phenomena: rural tourism. The authors develop a tool for hotel management by which to measure the quality of service in rurally located tourist lodging. By using a confirmatory factor analysis the authors identify five dimensions with good levels of reliability and validity. |
