| Abstract: | The Policy Studies Institute (PST) has recently finished a project on the future of the UK over two decades. The study aimed to provide a realistic context in which long term decisions can be taken. It explores three scenarios based on hypothetical policy alternatives. The UK's future is examined in the context of recent international changes.The implications of changes in population and employment are also analysed. |
