Abstract: | Many managers are espousing the need to form strategic alliances to survive and prosper in the future. It is easier to form an alliance with a competitor than to fight that competitor. Some do's and don'ts are of strategic importance as they are drawn from the experiences of strategy consulting work. Some examples of alliances illustrate these suggestions. |
