| Abstract: | The article focuses on interorganizational communication and information public goods. Two generic types of goods produced are connectivity and communality. Connectivity refers to the ability of direct communication between alliance partners and communality to the availability of commonly accessible pool of information. A variety of factors influencing the production of alliance-based connective and communal goods are examined. |
