| Abstract: | At present, the output of China's marine products is about than 5 million tons, which accounts for more than 60% of the total volume of aquatic products of China, and that of natural gas amounts to 4.3 trillion cubic meters, and the tide energy resource is 0.11 billion kilo watts. Thus it can be seen, the marine energy resources of China is tremendous, and it has enormous potential to be exploited. However, there are still a lot of problems. Therefore, we should take some effective measures to protect the marine resources, for instance, deepening the reconnaissance on marine resources and making clear the reserves, varieties and quality of marine resources. Furthermore, it is also necessary to perfect construction of marine rule and law. |
