| Abstract: | After analyzing the current situation and problems of the management system of foreign capital in Henan Province, the article considers that the goal of reform is to set up a high-efficiency, less-linked, easy-coordinated and authoritative system for examination, approval and management of foreign capital. This deals with both external and internal affairs in a unified way. This means that there is only one institute in charge of the work of foreign capital introduction, which provides service featuring making registration of projects, examination and approval, and management a coordinated process. |
