| Abstract: | Increasing investment should depend on progress of science and technology. Output and efficiency should be improved synchronously. Industrial structure should be made rational. On the development of industry, light industry, textile, chemical industry, animal feeds processing and machinery should be developed first. On the development of agriculture, simple grain production should be changed and various needs of market should be met. It's also necessary to make use of advantages of transportation, resources and location to absorb foreign and domestic investment. |
