| Abstract: | The state has made unified preferential policies about development zones. 1, A 15 percent of the income tax shall be levied on enterprises of the development zones, and 10 percent on those with 70 percent of the products for export; 2, Income tax shall be exempt for two years beginning in the year when the enterprise was put into production; 3, Bonded factories can be set up; 4, Export products shall be exempt from the export tax; and import equipments that cannot be manufactured at home shall be exempt from the import tax; 5, Quick depreciation can be adopted by enterprises; 6, 1990 shall serve as the base for various taxes paid, and new taxes shall be refunded within five years. |
