| Abstract: | One of the reasons for the economic take-off of Asian "four small dragons" and Guangdong province is that they have made use of enormous foreign funds to make up the shortage of funds and technology needed by economic development. The "four small dragons" have much experience of success in using foreign funds. So far, in order to improve the use of foreign funds, Guangdong is to start by further improving the investment environment and the industrial structure of foreign-funded enterprises, optimizing the structure of foreign funds and strengthening the legal management and supervision of foreign - funded enterprises. |
