| Abstract: | The guiding thought for renovation special economic zones' system is that SEZs' economy should develop beyond boundary and towards internationalization and their operational mechanism for allocating and adjusting production factors expand from one country to the world correspondingly , thus making possible the best use of resources, capital, technology, labour service, land and market world wide in production and business activities. Its basic objectives are: establishing economic relations through market mechanism, liberalizing in economic operation, opening to the outside world in economic development and strengthening the legal system in economic management. |
