| Abstract: | Strategies of open-up of China's remote regions involve creation of regional economic markets by laying emphasis on development of the economic circle of Northeast Asia,Central and Southeast Asia, investment in surrounding countries, improvement of close cooperation with other provinces by moving some of labor-intensive preliminary processing industries of coastal regions to these areas by way of joint management while expanding overseas markets, and proper handling of relations between trade with payment in convertible currency, barter and various flexible manners of trade. All this makes it necessary for the state to make preferential polices for there areas, settle transportation problems and standardization of border trade and economic and technical cooperation. |
