| Abstract: | This article tries to analyze the earnings of homosexuals. The aim is to test for possible existence of sexual orientation discrimination by using decomposition analysis. Homosexuals in the sample earn more on average than non-gays. However, the decomposition indicates that they earn less than heterosexual men with similar characteristics would earn. |
