| Abstract: | Norwegian regional government is being considered for a major reform aimed at a revitalization and political strengtening of the governmental level. This study aims at considering to what extent the system of state regions displays any systematic deviations from the country municipalities as far as the functions, the tasks' content and the responsibilities are concerned. Especially, the focus is on the collective and professional nature of the tasks performed by the special regions in explaining the logic behind the current regional structure etc. (original in Norwegian) |
