| Abstract: | This article presents a discourse analysis of a hybrid organization. It is argued that a challenging hybridism in a particular organization, The Norwegian equality and anti-discrimination ombud (LDO) can be explained by the fact that the organization and its conduct has got on a discursive collision course with the Norwegian model of cooperation and the state feministic epistemic community. This makes it difficult for LDO to "settle" as an organization (original in Norwegian). |
