Abstract:The analysis of company culture and image, the elaboration of a corporate vision, the definition of goals and measures for their realization are constituent elements of a whole. Companies that realize only certain elements waste appreciable success potentials. The interrelationships of the above mentioned components are shown. The concept of company culture is explored. A method for the corporate image analysis is presented. Some guiding principles for the self-assessment of management are provided. Some examples of setting objectives are given. Some crucial points of a corporate strategy are highlighted.
