Abstract:A new method of measuring productivity, the productivity measurement and enhancement system (ProMES) and measures from this approach as a foundation for group-based feedback, goal setting, and incentives. Baseline periods of 9, 5 and 5 months and incentives in the form of time off from work added to feedback and goal setting for another 5 months. Conclusions from productivity literature. Organizational productivity. Method: site, description of the productivity measurement system, evaluation and features of the system, treatments, effects on productivity, feedback, goal setting and incentive results, attitude data, and group-based interventions. Four Figures and Tables illustrate the study.
