| Abstract: | How has the Brazil administration implemented protectionism against industrial imports, especially in case of computerware? Owing to its interventionist options, the Brazilian state has created the technical potential for development in several fields. However, protectionism has its limits: the country's industry is handicapped in international competition. It is high time to reconsider how Brazil's economy could better fit into the international markets. |
