| Abstract: | This article takes on a longitudinal perspective to discuss organizational culture change. The change of a Brazilian telecommunications company from integration to fragmentation and differentiation is analysed. The article identifies the sources of change focusing on the role of institutional and political factors. Finally, the paper introduces a framework for analysing the dynamics of culture change. |
