| Abstract: | The article analyzes how human resource management contributes to the environmental management in its different evolutionary stages. A theoretical framework to investigate the issue was developed. Data from 94 Brazilian companies with ISO 14001 certification was gathered and case studies in four selected Brazilian firms were conducted to develop a methodological triangulation. |
