| Abstract: | To boost the development of finance of Wuhai requires the establishment of a securities exchange as the breakthrough on the basis of financial development planning of Wuhan. Foreign-funded financial institutions and joint financial institutions are to be developed and introduced. Overseas securities markets and currency markets are to be developed. Electronic facilities should be developed to promote the computerization of finance. The flow of funds is to be sped up to improve profits of funds. |
